Charged by the independent Lawyer for driving license consultation, documentation guidance and related legal services. Payable directly to the Lawyer.

+ Government / RTO Fee

Statutory fee payable to the Licensing Authority (RTO) through the official Parivahan / Sarathi system. Depends on the service (learner’s licence, driving license, renewal, duplicate, IDP), the class of vehicle and your State’s rules.

Not a Government Service: DrivingLicenseCounsel.org is not affiliated with the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH), any State Transport Department, any Regional Transport Office (RTO), the Parivahan / Sarathi portal, NIC, or any government authority. Submission of a request form on this Platform is not a driving license application. All official applications are made on the Government system, and the learner’s test, driving skill test and biometrics must be completed by the applicant in person as required by the RTO.

DrivingLicenseCounsel.org is a private administrative facilitation and case-management platform. We connect first-time drivers, working professionals, students, NRIs, transport operators and businesses with independent, empanelled Lawyers who advise on and assist with driving license matters in their own professional capacity.

We are not a law firm and our team does not provide legal advice. Our role is limited to administrative coordination, scheduling, document organisation, and communication facilitation — all at the User’s explicit request.

Note: Learner’s licence tests, driving skill tests, biometric verification, document verification, and the final issue of a driving license are controlled entirely by the Licensing Authority (RTO) under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, read with applicable State rules, and are beyond the Platform’s control. No result or fixed timeline is guaranteed.

How the Platform Works

You submit a request → we coordinate with an independent Lawyer → the Lawyer advises and guides your RTO application in his/her professional capacity.

A confirmation email dispatched to your registered email address constitutes commencement of our administrative services. Lawyer’s professional fee, Government / RTO fee, learner’s test and driving test fees, medical certificate, driving-school training, challans, appeals and other legal services are separate and not included in the Platform Fee.

Fill in the information form with the service you need, your class of vehicle, and contact details. This form is an administrative tool and is not a driving license application or government filing.

Lawyer Coordination

An available independent Lawyer empanelled on the Platform is coordinated to contact you via your registered email and phone to advise on eligibility, documents, and next steps.

Your Approval & Application

You review and approve all application details — name, date of birth, address, class of vehicle, documents — before anything is submitted. No application is submitted without your approval.

Acknowledgement & Support

Once the application is submitted, the application number / acknowledgement is shared with you. You attend the RTO test and biometrics in person; status communication is provided based on updates from the Lawyer.
